The Process
Pre-Treatment
First, we apply a mild solution to a section of the floor and allow it to soak. This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants. This helps clean the floor and prepares the grout for our sealing process.
Turbo Pressure Washing
We use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile & grout surfaces. Our cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. The system generates water pressure up to 1,200 PSI. and hot water to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants. The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which sucks the cleaning disk to the floor, and confines the water spray inside the 12-inch disk. There is virtually no splash over to worry about. The vacuum hose draws away the water, and along with the dirt. A rinse solution is pumped through the machine during cleaning, sanitizing and balancing the pH of your floor at 7 (neutral).
Color Sealing
After we clean your tile & grout and allow it to dry, we can seal the grout with our grout Color Sealer. The Color Sealer penetrates into the pores of the grout and bonds with the grout on a molecular level, creating a barrier against future staining. You can chose from a color chart, you can keep your existing color grout or change the color completely. The Color Sealer preserves the natural beauty of the grout lines for years to come.
Clear Sealing
After we clean your tile and grout and allow it to dry, we can seal the grout with our clear sealer. We use a water-based, fluoropolymer penetrating sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection and excellent oil and water repellency. Our sealer can be used on marble, limestone, travertine, concrete/masonry, saltillo tile, clay tile stucco, granite, terrazzo, and grout with little or no change in appearance.
